Welcome to “Cake Under My Pillow”, located in the center of Amsterdam, walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and nightlife.

Cake Under My Pillow is housed in a classic late 19th century merchant’s building that has been fully renovated to provide a charming and comfortable place to stay.

Originally the ground floor was a famous café and since 2004 again houses a famous café: “De Taart van m’n Tante”.

Co-owners, Noam and Siemon are well-known Amsterdam entrepreneurs and owners of Holland’s premier cake and patisserie bakery which they started in 1989. In fact, on the ground floor of Cake Under My Pillow you will find the café “De Taart van m’n Tante” featuring the delicacies from the bakery plus coffee, tea, and other drinks.
